Returns & Cancellations

CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders cancelled before shipment will receive a full refund of the amount paid.

Orders are processed quickly—often the same day—and may ship within one business day. In some cases, orders placed early in the day may ship the same day.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please refer to the Return Policy below.

Because Zero Gravity trampolines include scheduled installation services, once installation has been scheduled or completed, orders are no longer eligible for cancellation.

For custom or non-standard products (including any products built to specific customer selections or configurations), cancellations may not be permitted once production or fulfillment has begun.

Zero Gravity reserves the right to approve or deny any cancellation request at its sole discretion.


 

RETURN POLICY

Due to the size, installation requirements, and nature of Zero Gravity trampolines, returns are limited.

Returns may be requested within 7 days of delivery, but must be approved in advance by Zero Gravity.

To request a return, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) before sending any items back.

Important:

  • Do not return merchandise without an approved RMA
  • Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be returned at the customer’s expense

To be eligible for a return:

  • Product must be unused
  • Product must be in original packaging
  • Product must be in new, resellable condition

All approved returns are subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of any original shipping and handling costs

Zero Gravity reserves the right to approve or deny any return request.


 

REFUND POLICY

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or rejection.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed to your original method of payment
  • Refunds are typically issued within 5–7 business days

Refunds will only be issued for products returned in original condition and packaging.


 

RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Customers are responsible for:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Any original shipping costs incurred

Returns sent collect (shipping billed to Zero Gravity) will not be accepted.

“Free shipping” promotions apply only to completed purchases. If a return is approved, original shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.

Any shipment returned to sender due to:

  • Delivery issues
  • Incorrect address
  • Refusal of delivery

…may be subject to:

  • A 20% restocking fee
  • Deduction of all shipping charges (both outbound and return)

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.


 

EXCHANGE POLICY

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged due to manufacturing issues.

To request an exchange:

If approved, we will guide you through the replacement process.


 

DAMAGED ITEMS POLICY

Please inspect all deliveries carefully before signing.

If your product arrives damaged:

  • Note the damage with the delivery carrier before signing
  • Take photos immediately
  • Contact Zero Gravity as soon as possible

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Zero Gravity is not responsible for damage caused during transit. However, we will assist in filing claims and resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
